Refund Policy

A membership or coin purchase is confirmed only after the payment provider verifies it. If a charge fails, nothing is added to the account.

Refunds are reviewed by the finance team and, where the provider allows it, sent back to the original method. Unused virtual coins are not automatically convertible to cash.
